Stayed here for New Years. We booked a room for 2 with the balcony and requested to get a room with city view so we could see the Fireworks.
We got what we asked for.
Room was beautiful, very clean & sound proof. Everything we needed was there.
Room service was amazing. Pool, food, drinks with in the hotel were fantastic.
The best bed I've ever slept in! So luxurious, felt like you were on cloud 9.
Even the Shower was Fantastic! Water pressure was great. Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner & Body lotion were great quality & smelled amazing. They were in large 500ml bottles with pumps, you'd never run out.
I would buy them for home if they sold them.
Anything we needed was brought up to our room.
Lots of food places walking distance from the hotel.
On new years, felt like we were part of a huge New Years party. On the balcony we could see appartments and felt like whole Melbourne was screaming Happy New Year! Watching Fireworks! Great atmosphere to celebrate 2024!
Ones we closed the balcony doors, we were away from it all & couldn't hear anyone.
Absolutely 5 stars stay!
Thank you to all Booking, Reception, Room Service & Restaurant staff for making our stay so fantastic. We will definitely be back again ❤️
Highly Recommend 👍
Would give them 10 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was lovely. The bed was comfortable, pillows fantastic and sound proof. My children enjoyed the gym and pool. The only issue that I had was securing parking in the car park and confusion with payment and as I had booked with a third …
Really liked this hotel - room was compact and comfortable. Throughout the hotel had lots of art on display. Modern TVs you can stream from your phone on. Location is great and minutes walk to lots of good restaurants or shopping. Staff were friendly although an issue with my bill did take nearly 2 weeks to rectify, but does not change the overall positive stay.
Our f. of 4 adults stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. Room was set up as requested. We specifically requested room servicing every day, but went two days without, had to order extra towels and we rain out of toilet paper, with no spare, no …
We stayed here for 2 nights and deeply regret it. Dreadful stay at this hotel firstly no parking even though we requested it on booking. We were given a different room to the one we booked and payed for ended up in a shoe box of a room without the amenities we booked for. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work so we were hot all weekend. The shower wash and shampoos were big bottles that other people had used spreading germs between patrons. We stayed here as we had late night events both nights so needed to sleep during the day but we were woken up several times with banging on the door from the staff while trying to sleep even though the do not disturb sign was on the door on one occasions the rude lady pushed her way in when I answered the door invading our privacy when my partner was laying in bed naked asleep but she didn’t care nor did she apologise. The breakfast that we payed extra to have included included with the room was limited in fact when we went to the restaurant to get breakfast we were told you can only only 3 items from the breakfast menu the cheapest items and had to pay extra for a proper breakfast and a drink to go with our breakfast it didn’t include juice or coffee. They charged our card for unreasonable or unfounded reason and refused to provide an invoice on check out, when we got home we noticed we had been charged multiple times for one charge and now have to go through the bank to get the money back as they deny the charges. Would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
I’ve been here quite a few times and the last couple of times it’s been horrible. The room has a damp smell and a lot of things are broken and the bathroom feels unclean. The aircon is either too hot or too cold but they do have a comfy bed. Love the location of this place but to really needs a revamp.
Wouldn't stay here again. Good location, but that was about it. Small room especially for the price. Tiny bathroom. Sure it's maybe the location and a small hotel. But it was also very dusty like the room has not been cleaned in a while. Parking is a total pain. If the parking lot is full, you have to drive around and then find out you need to park across the road. All in all, a super expensive hotel stay, and one we won't return to.
Place is alright. Generally clean, helpful stuff.
Personally do not find rooms nicely designed/decorated, not stylish/modern.
I like that hotel has green initiative when guests can forgo the room service and get a drink voucher as a gratitude.
Was disappointed with breakfast options. All sorts of eggs, but very little choice for those who like something on a sweeter side. Took the granola one day, it came with way too sweet yogurt. I’d suggest swapping it to plain Greek and accompany it with a maple sirup on the side, so those people who don’t want a desert for breakfast can control the sugar level. Having something like yogurt with fruits, Bircher muesli and porridge in the menu would be nice. Amount of granola was a bit sad, it was just covering the bottom of a small ramekin. Plenty of breakfast options outside the hotel, so probably would recommend going out.
Stayed for business trip, so location was good for that as our office is in Richmond, but I can’t imagine this being very convenient location for those who travel to Melbourne as tourists, as all interesting sights are in CBD, which is a fair walk (1h), or need to use public transport (or pay for taxi), which is still not yet super convenient in Melbourne with myki cards and no tap etc.
